DUMPSTER UPDATE (01/09/21)
We are operating at near capacity every two weeks with the 2-yard dumpster we have currently. To avoid having a full dumpster every other Sunday, we just upgraded to a 3-yard dumpster at a cost of an additional $20 per month. The new dumpster is 6 ” taller than the old one. Please let me know if this causes you any difficulty. We will stay with the 3-yard dumpster until we reach our one year “dumpster anniversary” in May. At that point we will revisit the 3-yard dumpster and decide if we need to go all the way to a 4-yard can. Thanks.
SNOW REMOVAL (12/17/20)
A reminder that our general snow removal policy is to plow at 8″. We sometimes plow at a lesser amount, but that is not standard. The exception to that rule is if we have wind and drifting. Also, we do not plow during snowfall. We usually wait until the snow has stopped. Thank you.
